International Research Projects

The Research, Strategies, and Development Office collaborates with MUL researchers, local enterprises and any international units and organizations that are interested in research cooperation, with special regard to the Horizon 2020, EU 7. Framework and Public Health Programmes. With the support of the National Contact Point for Research Programmes of the EU and in collaboration with the Lodz Region Contact Points’ network, we co-organize training seminars, workshops and conferences on various international research initiatives. In our day-to-day activities we provide comprehensive administrative and financial assistance to researchers at all stages of project development: starting from the project idea, through creating consortia, submitting proposals, to project management and reporting. MUL research teams have participated in 35 projects co-financed by the European Commission. Recently MUL has constituted, along with other establishments in the Lodz region, a Polish Node of Innostars, associated to EIT Health http://eit.europa.eu/eit-community/eit-health. This partnership will promote entrepreneurship and develop innovations in healthy living and active ageing, providing Europe with new opportunities and resources in order to address societal challenges.
